Learn how to use FlashSERP and setup your account.

Manage your notifications

We understand that app notifications can often become more of a nuisance than a help. That's why we've provided you with the ability to manage all notifications that may come from us.

In this section, we'll delve into the various types of notifications and their meanings.

Access the notifications setting page

Head over the app menu (top right corner of the sidebar) and click on "Notifications".

Once on the page, you'll see 2 sections:

  1. Notifications topics: all the notifications related to your domain or the indexation of your URLs.

  2. Account updates: all the notifications related to product updates (FlashSERP) and important updates.

Domain notifications

All notifications that are specifically related to your domain. This includes:

  1. A new URL is detected: whenever a new URL is detected in your sitemap, we'll send you a notification containing a list of the newly discovered URLs. To avoid overwhelming you with notifications, we'll only send a notification when at least five new URLs have been found.

  2. A new sitemap is added: whenever you add a new sitemap, we'll immediately notify you by sending a notification that includes the URL and type of the newly added sitemap.

Note: If you do not wish to index that specific URL or a bunch of them, you can deactivate them (learn how to do so with this tutorial).

Indexation notifications

All notifications related to the indexation of your URLs. This includes:

  1. Some URLs have been indexed: when your URLs have been indexed by Google (learn more about indexation statuses by clicking here) we'll send out a list of the newly indexed URLs, limited to 10 URLs per email.

  2. A new error has occured on a URL: whenever you add a new sitemap, we'll immediately notify you by sending a notification that includes the URL and type of the newly added sitemap.

Note: If you do not wish to index that specific URL or a bunch of them, you can deactivate them (learn how to do so with this tutorial).

Here's what you can expect to find in our product update emails:

  • Improvements: we're constantly working to improve our existing features to enhance the user experience and make FlashSERP more effective. We'll share with you the latest improvements we've made to our tool so you can get the most out of it.

  • Future plans: we want you to feel excited about what's coming next! We'll give you a sneak peek into our plans for FlashSERP's future, including upcoming features, improvements, and new products that are currently in development.

We understand that your inbox should be reserved for important messages. While product updates can be helpful, we recognize that they may not be relevant for everyone. That's why we give you the power to decide what updates you receive from us. 😊

Note: We are committed to respecting your inbox and avoiding sending spam. If you do not find our emailings relevant or do not wish to receive them, please unsubscribe to avoid harming our domain authority and deliverability to Google and other inbox providers. Thank you for helping us maintain our reputation as a trustworthy sender. 👍
